Sign off Agreement
Understand customer situation and requirements by the direct visit or the phone calls, make the detailed analysis of customer information & documents; Sign off the agreement after it has been reviewed and approved by mutual parties after reaching the concensus.
   
Customer requirements analysis
Initial assessment and proposal will be submitted to the customer after communication with the customer to have its hiring plan tailored to the company business, operation, culture, organization structure followed by the staff need forecast, job categorization, requisition descriptions and prioritization, and salary and benefit classification.
   
Talent searching strategy
Detailed and customized searching strategy is base on thorough study and understanding of each requisition requirements followed by talent networks and database matching associated with best demographic and geographic talent distribution researching, and the pre-screening process.
   
Pre-screening process and target lockdown
Resumes will go through a pre-screening process invoking targeting criteria such as the applicant¡¯s background, current job and responsibilities, managerial capabilities, inter-personal network skills, motivation for job change, current salary level, etc. The successful candidates would be arranged for interview.
   
Initial interview and assessment
Initial interview would be given to the successful candidates and assessment report would be generated to cover evaluated areas such as the talent¡¯s characteristics, managerial skills, stress-handling ability, achievements, professional level, career objectives, strength and weakness, job change motivations, and so forth.
   
Candidate recommendation and formal interview arrangement
In general, three or four candidates would be arranged for one requisition to prepare face-to-face interview with the customer.
   
Formal interview by customer
Usually, we will recommend 3 or 4 candidates for each position to customer; communications would continue in order to reach agreement on both parties¡¯ availability, schedule, time and other details.
   
Background investigation
After the final candidate is selected, a background investigation would be conducted. Information provided by the references, such as the former colleagues and supervisors, would be used to generate the background investigation report which would be provided to customer for reference.
   
Post-hiring services
Once the final candidate is selected and offer rendered, the candidate would be provided with the HR consultation and other general information. The customer would be constantly contacted to avoid obstacles during the probation period.
