Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM)

The Product Development team ensures that Company has the best worldwide product offerings by analyzing, positioning, packaging, and promoting our solutions across a variety of countries and markets where Company does business. The team is responsible for the product throughout the execution cycle, and works closely with the engineering group to continuously improve systems, processes, and production.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting Company's growth and revenue generating efforts in China through effective and results-focused marketing campaigns
- Responsibilities include working with the Product Marketing Managers, the corporate marketing group, sales, and product support to drive projects
- Defining and implementing a customer communications strategy
- Determining ROI on advertising expenditures
- Defining market research studies to gain knowledge about user attitudes and behavior
- Developing collateral that optimally positions the strengths of our products
Requirements
- BA/BS degree, or above. Fluency in Chinese/English
- Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in product marketing, direct marketing, marketing program management, or consulting
- Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy
- Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market
- Understanding of the search, online advertising, or web publishing markets
- Understanding of Company's strategic and competitive position
- Passion for working on a variety of product and search related challenges
